RESUMO

THE AIM OF THE STUDY: Is to suggest the method of ricin determination in biological liquids during forensic medical and chemicotoxicological examination. This research describes the optimal conditions of sample processing of biological liquids, allowing to extract the components (ricinine and ricinoleic acid) of castor seeds. The recommended analysis conditions allow to perform research for 15 minutes by high resolution mass spectrometry method combined with high-value liquid chromatography on a chromato-mass spectrometer to detect ricinine and ricinoleic acid. The chromatographic (retention time) and mass-spectrometric parameters (mass spectra) were established for the exact high-quality determination of ricinine and ricinoleic acid.

RESUMO

Today, one of the most effective tools for high-quality training of specialists at the postgraduate level is continuous professional development (CPD). Additional professional education of specialists in the field of forensic chemical and chemical-toxicological analysis with higher non-medical education (pharmaceutical, chemical, biological) is carried out on the basis of pharmaceutical and medical higher educational institutions, autonomous non-profit organizations through the implementation of additional professional training programs. The timing, forms, content and technology of training by organizations implementing the corresponding educational program are of great importance. Analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey of expert chemists, carried out according to the original questionnaire in 2020-2021 in some regions of Russia, showed the main directions of development of the training system, forms and methods of teaching, the need to develop appropriate software.

RESUMO

The study objective was to determine the relevance of methods to detect clobazam poisoning during the forensic and chemical toxicological examination. The lack of a systematic approach to clobazam identification and assay as a part of forensic chemical and chemical toxicological analyses was demonstrated. The published data on the study of clobazam in biological objects are inconsistent and incomplete, precluding the conduction of focused forensic chemical and toxicological investigations on biological objects with required validity. Various methods of forensic chemical and toxicological investigation of clobazam in biological objects were studied and presented. Data are presented on various physicochemical test methods (TLC, HPLC, UV spectrometry, GC, and GC-MS) for clobazam detection.

RESUMO

The purpose of work is to study the characteristics of pharmacokinetic parameters of the influence of ethanol with carbonation («carbonated vodka¼) to the human body for the purposes and tasks of forensic chemical, chemical and toxicological and forensic research. The authors determined the concentration of ethanol in the blood and urine from oral intake of ethanol with and without carbonation. It was found that the suction stage of carbonated vodka is faster than that of vodka without carbonation by 17.1%, and the stage of elimination of ethanol with carbonation is faster on average by 16.6%.

RESUMO

Data on the detection of joint presence of pregabalin and lorazepam in the biological objects and material evidence. Aim of this study is to develop a method of the detection of pregabalin and lorazepam in urine. The proposed approach to sample preparation of a biological object and the detection of lorazepam and pregabalin allows the detection of toxicants in cases of their joint presence. It can be used in the analysis of urine in cases of acute poisoning for detoxification therapy or chemical toxicological analysis as a preliminary and confirmatory study for the presence of abuse of these drugs.

The purpose of this work is to study fenspiride for the purposes and tasks of chemical and toxicological research. The technique of chemical-toxicological study of fenspiride in urine by preliminary and confirming methods is proposed. The authors proposed a method of thin - layer chromatography in the solvent system of acetone - 25% ammonia solution (9:1) in a preliminary study of fenspiride. The Rf value of fenspiride is 0.80±0.02. The degree of extraction when used as an extractant mixture of chloroform-propanol (9:1) is 28.1±1.4% The conditions for identification of fenspiride by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (fenspiride retention time 11.1±0.1 minutes), followed by quantitative determination of the analyte, are proposed as a confirming method. The conditions for qualitative (retention time of fenspiride 8.1±0.1 minutes) and quantitative determination of fenspiride by high-performance liquid chromatography are proposed.

This review of the literature presents the results of analysis of the publications concerning the prospects of the investigations of ptomaines including their influence on the results of determination of toxic substances present in the putrescent cadaveric tissues and on the persistence of analytes in the biological materials. Special emphasis is laid on the peculiarities of investigation of ptomaines and the necessity of the further development of the methods for the detection, isolation, and identification of toxicants in the putrescent and exhumed biological objects bearing in mind that such studies are not infrequently provide the sole opportunity to prove intoxication with certain substances.

RESUMO

A method is proposed for the detection of neuroleptics including benzamide derivatives, such as amisulpride, sulpiride, and tiapride with the use of spectroscopy in the near infrared region. The method may be used for the purpose of forensic medical examination and chemico-toxicological studies. Specifically, it allows three characteristics of benzamide derivatives to be identified that make possible reliable discrimination between them.

RESUMO

At present in the medical practice the group of neuroleptics, substituted benzamides is widely used. According to literature data they cause acute intoxications under particular conditions. The group of substituted benzamides includes drugs such as amisulpride, tiapride, sulpiride and sultoprid. Substituted benzamides intake causes toxic actions: psychotropic and neurotoxic. The neuroleptic intoxication is an effect of overdosage, abuse and hypersensitization. Severe intoxications with drugs of this group may cause lethal outcome.

To optimize conditions of tiapride isolation from cadaveric organs, we compared the results of conventional methods by Stas-Otto, A.A. Vasilyeva and V.F. Kramarenko which provide tiapride isolation up to 50% and a new precise and reproducible method providing 60 +/- 2% tiapride isolation. Identification of tiapride isolated from cadaveric material was made with thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The latter assay employed the method of external standard. The original techniques proposed identify and measure tiapride in hepatic samples in the presence of unidentified endogenic compounds. The techniques are rapid, selective, sensitive and reproducible.

How to identify haloperidol and tiapride in the urine by thin layer chromatography was proposed. Optimal systems of solvents were selected by chromatographic mobility of the substances studied in 14 solvents with different polarity. The findings allowed making an optimal choice of the composition and proportion of the solvents. Diethylamine, as a basic modifier, was introduced in the system of solvents. This improved chromatographic mobility of haloperidol and tiapride. Optimal mobile phases, developers were found, the threshold of detectability of the substances in the given conditions was established. The techniques were used for identification of haloperidol and tiapride in the samples from model urine mixture in the presence of non-identified endogenic compounds. They are characterized by rapid performance, selectivity, sensitivity and good reproducibility and can be introduced into practice of chemicotoxicological laboratories.
